What is oglala flag?

The Oglala Flag is a flag that represents the Oglala Lakota people, a Native American tribe that is a part of the larger Lakota Nation. The flag features a red field with a white buffalo in the center, representing the sacred white buffalo calf woman who brought the Lakota people their Seven Sacred Rites. The buffalo is surrounded by four black and white arrows, representing the four directions. The flag was designed by Oglala Lakota artist Leonard Peltier in 1978 and has since been widely adopted as a symbol of pride and unity among the Oglala people.
